How do I enter the travel period correctly?

Enter the times under “Reisedaten” as follows:

Travel time (“Reisezeitraum”). The entire time for the journey including time spent conducting business, travel days and a private stay, if applicable

Business (“Dienstgeschäft)         The time taken conducting business at the location
