Enclosures with the application (program, agenda, invitation)
If you are away on business for several days, we always require a program, agenda etc. as proof of the reason you are required to travel. This must include the following information:
Period spent on business
Location
Please upload the document or a screenshot in the section “Dateiupload”.
According to the State Finance Office, the following characters are allowed in file attachments:
a-zA-Z0-9äöüÖÄÜ_()-.
Characters such as spaces, commas, #, *, +, %, TAB etc. are not allowed in file names.
