What must I remember to include in the application
Confirmation that you agree to comply with all regulations governing export control for journeys abroad, in the comments box under “Auslandsaufenthalt”
Means of transport used (exception: if costs are paid by third parties)
Program, agenda, invitation etc. for journeys lasting several days
Waiver of daily allowance (“Verzicht auf Tagegeld”) if required
Any advance payments (“Abschlagzahlungen”) if applicable
Statement of whether you will be paid commission or a fee (secondary employment)
Payment partner number must be included under “Info 2“ in KLR data
If the application is subsequently changed, you must be sure to arrange for co-signatures again. In this case, please use the comments box to tell us that the application has already been approved.
