Why can I not find my saved or approved application?
You can find an overview of all your applications under “Liste d. GN.-Anträge”.
We would recommend searching for applications using the filter “Status-Alle”, to show all your applications.
If the application you are looking for is not shown, it may be due to one of the following reasons.
Your date filter is activated and you can only find the applications for the last 30 days. If you would like to view later applications, go to “filter”, delete the default search criteria and run the search again (“Suchen”).
To avoid this, you can go to “Einstellungen” (settings) -> “Voreinstellungen” (default settings)-> “System” (system)-> “Datumsfilter” (date filter) and change the default settings to 200 days.
