If a third party pays your travel costs, then you should not enter anything under “Verkehrsmittel” (means of transport).
Please inform us of the means of transport under the section “Kostenübernahme durch Dritte” (costs covered by third parties) under “Buchung/KLR” (accounts/KLR).
If you purchase a return ticket for the train, you can enter the entire costs under the outgoing journey. In this case, you do not select a return journey.
Alternatively, you can select an outgoing and a return journey and split the costs in two equal parts.
