[Photonics] 2021 Travel Awards
The Photonics 2021 Travel Awards have been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. The application period is still open, and the new submission deadline is 20 February 2021.
Applications will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee consisting of senior scholars from the Photonics Editorial Board.
This prize provides financial support for the winners to attend an international conference held in 2021 in the fields of optics and photonics related sciences. The applicant is expected to hold a presentation, present a poster, or both at the conference.
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidates must be postdoctoral fellows or PhD students (proof required);
- Candidates must have plans to attend an international conference in 2021 (oral presentation or poster).
The winners (three awardees) will each be awarded 800 CHF and a certificate.
Please submit your applications for the Photonics 2021 Travel Awards no later than 20 February 2021. Prizes will be awarded at the end of March 2021 and announced on the Photonics website.
