Soft Skills Course: „Good Scientific Practice“ for researchers of the CRC 1540 „Exploring Brain Mechanics“
Last week, on October 12, the Director of the FAU Graduate Center, Dr. Christian Schmitt-Engel, gave a workshop on Good Scientific Practice for the young researchers of the CRC 1540 ‘Exploring Brain Mechanics’ (EBM).
Members of EBM´s various research projects had the opportunity to discuss about the principles of good scientific practice, the ethical standards and methods in science, the „rules of the game“ that ensure accountability and integrity as well as the importance of the acknowledgement of already existing scientific work.
