Invitation to the FAU Diversity Day on May 14, 2024
The FAU is participating in this year’s German Diversity Day with an interesting program and you are all cordially invited to participate! Together with the Vice President People, Prof. Dr. Andreas Hirsch, the Office of Equality and Diversity and student representatives are organizing a Diversity Day with focus on internationalization and racism.
When: Tuesday, May 14, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Where: Multifunctional room on the ground floor of Mensa Süd (Erwin-Rommel-Straße 60, 91058 Erlangen)

By signing the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) in 2012, the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg is committed to valuing and promoting diversity in its organization, and it has been re-certified as part of the Stifterverband’s „Shaping Diversity“ audit in 2023. We have already succeeded in getting some improvements on the way, but there is still a lot to do. In our Diversity Concept 2022-2027, we present the most important milestones and future strategic fields of action.
