The tbh-conference provides a forum for researchers to gain informal knowledge and advice from peers and experts. Invited speakers share their experiences with the German academic system and discuss with participants about the real problems of academia in Germany.

All speakers know about the challenges of the (German) academic system first-hand. They will openly share their experiences and learnings and are also there to listen to your ideas and suggestions.
