Survey on Supervisory Practices and Researcher Well-Being

The University of the Basque Country (Spain) invited doctoral and postdoctoral researchers to participate in the a survey aimed at understanding supervisory practices and their impact on the well-being and mental health of PhD students and early-career researchers. This initiative is part of a rigorous research project conducted by young researchers from various Spanish institutions, with the goal of identifying behaviors that foster healthier, more supportive academic environments.

The survey is entirely anonymous, and the collected data will be used solely for the purposes of this research.
