The Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) invites PhD Students to participate in the training activity:

How to take your research to the market.

–> Tuesday 14 March from 17.00 to 19.00 p.m. via Zoom (registered participants will receive login details upon registration).

The training activity aims at PhD of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and its partner institutions, including the FAU. In this session, participants will have the opportunity to explore the latest trends and tools in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, and how they can be applied in the context of their doctoral research. Participants will also be given the initial keys to prepare the market approach of a project.

Topics to be covered:

  1. Why entrepreneurship tools will help you with your PhD and beyond 2.
  2. Fall in love with the problem, not the solution.
  3. The DNA of a project
  4. What is a value proposition?

 

The training is part of the 20th UPM Start-up Competition, which will take place next month in Madrid. Attendees who pass a short questionnaire will receive a certificate of EID activity. The training will be held in English. Participation is free of charges.
