New interactive web tool for European border regions

The CROSSGOV project, funded by ESPON EGTC, examined the multifaceted nature of cross-border functional areas across Europe. Various thematic aspects of cross-border regions were investigated and a collection of 21 territorial indicators can be explored via the CROSSGOV Atlas. Money, cities, distances? Why people become cross-border commuters

A new publication from our team was released a few days ago in the Journal of Borderland Studies:  The paper discusses the question what the main structural driving forces for cross-border commuter dynamics are.
